G.O.T SERVICES

  • Enrollment & Registration: A once-off, non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a seat in the Nest. Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of this fee and a completed registration form.

  • Payment Terms: Monthly tuition is payable in advance by the 1st of every month and should be settled by the 3rd.

  • Attendance & Cancellations: 

    • Online Sessions: Reliable internet access is the responsibility of the student, and students are required to join the meeting 10 minutes before.

    • Saturday Sessions: Students are expected to arrive 30 minutes early. No refunds or "make-up" sessions are provided for missed classes.

  • Code of Conduct: Students must respect the physical venue and fellow scholars. G.O.T Services reserves the right to terminate enrollment for disruptive behavior or damage to property.

  • Academic Guarantee: While we provide expert navigation and Wits-led guidance, academic results are a shared responsibility between the tutor and the student's effort.
